Culver's - Lake Park

Only ate the deluxe burger, nice taste and regular price... but the special mention goes to miss Tonia, that patiently and kindly explained to us foreigners how the burgers were made. It has been really nice pleasure talk with her.

I always stop by this location when I pass through west palm beach. Today, all the employees were beyond helpful, however Chris definitely deserved a special acknowledgment for the best customer service I’ve ever had at a quick service restaurant. He was routinely making sure all guests felt welcomed and made rounds more than 3 times in a 5 minute period to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. More important to note he clearly had just had surgery and in no way was letting this slow him down. You can tell he really loves his job and he deserves nothing but praise.

We have always loved Culver's for their high quality food and excellent staff, especially compared to other fast food chains. However, it seems that they have recently changed their recipe for their frozen custard. The shakes and concretes that were once the best, have now turned into frothy, foamy drinks. When we received our order tonight, I immediately knew something was off. The medium shake felt like it weighed nothing, and was filled with pink foam. Come on Culver's, please go back to what made you great!

A big shout out the friendliest and most helpful employee Toniya !! We needed some help and she went above and beyond with a smile on her face. Her personality is awesome.What a sweet, beautiful person!Thanks Toniya now all 6 of us are custard masters ?
