Ordered 3 happy meals on board. surprised me. No toy. No toy. 2 double cheeseburgers ordered. Just 1. Why?!
Ever since the new management this location has lost it's 5 star quality. They forget items on orders, their customer service needs improvement, and the new staff is yet up to par with what this location use to be. Hope big changes are coming soon.
12:30 in the morning and it doesn?t matter if it?s fast food or any other place of business people don?t want to be at work this late. Which makes this review a lot easier to write. I just went to this McDonald?s and had a really great experience with both a Latina young lady who took my money and my order. And an African-American gentleman who had his headphones kind of hanging off of his ear. I say that because I hope the managers can recognize who it is. Both of them were extremely polite, well spoken, and weren?t miserable. It?s very nice to see and it?s not very common even in regular restaurants were you dine in. I did make a call to the manager and had a conversation. He kind of assumed the worst upfront and I let him know that that was absolutely not the case. Hopefully these two colleagues of his can Be recognized somehow. Not just a pat on the back but something else. It?s not very common especially right now during Covid to have great service. Thank you very much
Very clean, they brought the order to us at the table, we had to go get the drinks from someone who filled up the orders.
