I LOVE MY GIRL ELIZABETH she my bestie fr (i actually only know her from the drive thru) she’s so sweet and always so happy ? 100/10 i love my hashbrowns (all 8 bags i order almost everyday) ???

This location is GREAT! Elizabeth is polite extremely helpful. She was super efficient too. My food was fresh, drink was perfect. Will be making this my new Dunkin!Kid-friendliness: Super sweet and interactive ?

I come here often and today this lady was extremely rude. I was just ordering and the lady just was upset the whole time taking my order on top of that I get my coffee and donut and it’s all wrong. I asked for a strawberry sprinkled, she slips the donut the opposite way to the bag and all the icing and sprinkles are off and all I ate was bread, if I wanted bread I can go to the grocery store, I didn’t ask for bread I asked for a donut. Just rude Attitude.

Never have any donuts always sold out and they are extra slow for the business they have coming in

This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts around. They really stepped it up. Our order is always correct, they always have stock of anything that you want to order, and they always are so polite. New management must have taken over because they have done a 360 turnaround. They have been consistently on point for months now. Keep up the great service and quality Wheelhouse Lane, Lake Mary Dunkin!
