Red Lobster - Lake Jackson

The waiter Dakota is the absolute best. He has recommendations. He was there with everything without asking us. Another server Cassandra made my daughter's birthday party special. The food was good. I can't say enough good things about the waiting staff.

Be careful to eat here. We had a very bad experience on July 16th. This review is for the management HORRIBLE and food. (Our waitress was excellent) My friend visited DC and wanted to eat at Red Lobster. My friend ordered the Admiral dinner. He was done before me. I ate my salad. I didn't even touch my shrimps. He then said that my stomach hurts within 15 minutes of eating, He feels that he HIS ENTIRE MEAL ALL ON HIS PLATE!!! He couldn't get up fast enough because he has walls with a stick. His right side of his body is damaged by a stroke last year. He was so sick and embarrassing. Our waitress took a bucket so he could break the rest of his meal.? I've never seen anything like that in my life! I was afraid of food poisoning. I went to the manager right away. She was so cold, rude and so unbearable. I had to eat ASK for a loan my friends. My meal = did not even come to eat because I was afraid and now, not hungry, testify to my friend of vomiting all his meal.... the manager still accused me of my meal and the icy teas. I've been a manager in the car business for over 20 years. I would have excused both meals and refunded them completely and made sure that the guest is okay. No problem. I'm never in Red Lobster in Lake Jackson. I also contact the district manager to complain about their unprofessionality.

On a Saturday like a restaurant open at 11 a.m. Our server Jocelyn was everything you could wish in a server: attentive with a smile, knowledge about the menu and could answer questions, and our order came as ordered. Chef grilles the trout perfectly- not too long/dry, but only enough to ensure that the outside grill marks and the inside are still delicate and tasty. A tricky performance for a thin trout fillet. The only reason I don't have all 5 stars is the household - there was a dead bee on windowsill next to us. I would recommend a fast dusting before opening every day. Customers will notice! Finally, we appreciate the small touches, such as chilled bowls for the salad. Remember? They are the little things that can make an experience or break. If customers sit in the same place for an hour, believe me, they notice things! Hopefully this is helpful!

The food does not look like the pictures they advertise, and the Flounder looks more like a Squalid tilapia fillet than anything else. Makkaroni and cheese were also extremely dry.

I have been to this location three times in the last two weeks and I 've had three different servers; yet my experience has been exactly the same each time. All the servers are extremely friendly and do a stellar job of making each visit just as awesome as the last one. The positive atmosphere at this location has made it my favorite restaurant in Lake Jackson. The food is prepared exactly as you ask for it and to a really high standard. The Langostino lobster-Artichoke-and-seafood dip and the Calamari are fantastic starters. The Ultimate Feast is really good, but I 've become a fanatic of the Lobster Lovers Dream . Every item is made to absolute perfection. The restaurant itself is very clean and the temperature is just right for whatever the weather is outside. They thoroughly clean the tables after each patron leaves. The men 's room and parking lot are also very clean and tidy. The staff takes really good care of this location. I HIGHLY recommend this Red Lobster!! If you want a great meal while surrounded by awesome staff in a comfortable and classy restaurant; then stop in to this Red Lobster in Lake Jackson. A service!!
