Chili's Grill Bar - Lake Jackson

The first time in chilis, where I was afraid to touch something. the direct walk and look at the fingerprints and hits on the door was disgusting. when we were sitting, we noticed that even the shakers and check out looked just as bad. our waitress was friendly and attentive, but I must say it was very dirty and I could only imagine the kitchen and the bathroom. I will not return to this place until it takes care of or under new management.

Visited my local Chili's restaurant in Lake Jackson to eat with family. A man walked in with his dog and mind you I don't dislike dogs but I should not have to watch man and dog eat from same bowl while I am trying to eat. I did not say anything until we were leaving. Spoke to manager about this and also said my family member did not think he would like to eat here again. The manager stated one customer was not going to hurt him if he didn't return. Great customer service at its finest.

After having drinks hear several times over the years I thought surely it would be a nice quiet place to have a few margaritas on a friday night. I ordered a good margarita lime on the rocks hold the salt for any price, and instead I got a 2 salty glass lemonade. Let's just say, that's all I got. Terrible bar tonight..

You have had the food, but the service here is great.
