Dunkin' - Lake in the Hills

Just left this location and decided to see if what I experienced is a common problem for this particular Dunkin?, and it seems that it is. Drive Thru line wrapped around the building and I waited 20 minutes in line. As I got closer to ordering I noticedthe cars in front of me seemed to be ?ordering? for a longer time than expected at a place like Dunkin?. I pull up to order andthe girl doesn?t say hello or take my order for nearly 2 minutes. Up to this point I figured they?re busy and helping othercustomers inside and such which is causing a back-up in the drive thru. When I pull to the window however, I see the girl whotook my order as well as 4-5 other employees standing a few feet from the window just talking and laughing. No customers insidefrom what I saw, and no evidence that they were busy doing anything. Seeing from previous reviews that slow drive thru problemsare common here, there definitely needs to be some changes made with the staff.

Rude manager and staff. The manager lets the staff park in front of the neighboring Physical Therapy business. That's where people go to regain movement, including walking. The staff at the therapy said this is an ongoing problem with the people atDunkin, and they have asked them multiple times not to park in front. Hopefully the Therapy people will put up reserved parkingspots, or the staff at Dunkin would grow some ethics and not park right in front of the Therapy. When I complained, the Managergot upset with me, and sided with the staff. That tells you lots about these people.

This Dunkin' Donuts location is the worst. The staff is completely incompetent. We waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee, and we were the only customers in the store. When we finally got our order, it was completely wrong. We had to go back and have it fixed. We will never return to this place.

I stopped by for a blue moon drink, even though I never drink coffee, but felt like trying one. My server's name was Armani, and she was the nicest young lady ever! Her smile was infectious, and her customer service was exceptional. I'm sure she will own her own business one day. Stop by and check it out. 5 stars for sure. Have a great day!

I absolutely adore this place! The staff is incredibly friendly. It's my go-to spot for a unique evening indulgence - a regular donut with strawberry frosting and sprinkles. The strawberry glaze is fantastic! And did I mention they have a drive-through option?! The menu is drool-worthy for sure. Big thanks for the exceptional service, you guys are awesome!
