Subway - LAKE HAVEN

I went to this restaurant for the first time and was disappointed to find a long blonde hair in my sandwich. I do not recommend this place as they do not even use hair nets.

Today, I ordered a sub, drink, and two cookies for delivery. Again, my order was missing items when it arrived - this time the cookies. When I called to report the issue, I was once again told that I would have to come in to collect the missing items. I expressed my frustration, as this was the second time it had happened, but was met with the same response. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was not given a name or told when I could contact them, with the employee claiming that the manager was on vacation. It seemed that they were quick to blame the supplier for the errors rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes. I was not offered a refund, voucher, or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. It felt like the burden was being placed on me to rectify the situation, which I found unacceptable. As a paying customer, I believe that any errors made by the restaurant should be corrected promptly and with a friendly, apologetic attitude. I work hard for my money and should not have to spend extra time and effort to retrieve items that I have already paid for delivery. It is disappointing that Subway refused to make amends for their mistakes and failed to provide satisfactory customer service. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and I will be ensuring that my colleagues do not order from this establishment again.

I recently dined at a restaurant with some international business partners. I ordered a sub with cold cuts and sauce, but I was disappointed with the taste. The staff was rude to me and my colleagues, and the service was lacking. The sandwich and sauce were not prepared well and had a strange odor. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning.

I love subway. There is such a good range of food, and you can make it pretty healthy if you want. I'm afraid I go in for things with lots of mayo. There is a good choice of salad ingredients to add to your sub...for no extra cost. If there is two of you, it is cheaper to go for the foot long one and choose what ever you want for the two separate halves, and have them cut it in two. The 6 sub is very filling.

Very popular place for Tradies and others at lunch time. Sometimes busy, but worth the wait. Venue very clean and staff are very friendly
