Pizza Hut Lake Haven Dine In

Can't even try to order a delivery online because the load apparently does not exist?!

Had dine-in here today. Not much of an option to eat and same pizzas being served.Pizza was not cut properly so I had to cut the pizza slices myself. Pizza was also cold. My nephew spilt he’s drink by accident on the floor so we let the lady at the counter know after my nephew slipped on it and she did not clean it up. Also none of the lady’s at the counter was smiling. I’ve noticed that there’s been lots of 1 stars. To have happy customers you got to have you staff smiling as that’s what the customers love. Can’t have cold food sitting there the customers want it hot. They also want good customer service which was not given. Plates and cutlery was not clean properly. This place really needs to be improved.

Took the family to all you can eat..It would be nice if there was pizzas out.Ever pizza is empty and the salad bar.. well I would say eating out of the trash would be nicer.I have the photos to show how bad this hole of a place isVegetarian options: Staff couldn't even tell us what was or wasn't on the pizza and we were charged more when we asked for a vegetarian pizza

All you can eat $24.95 with endless soft drink plus 15% surcharge. That’s over $57 for two for lunch on a Sunday. I am generally positive when writing a review but nothing good to report at this location. First I asked the staff to refill the lettuce bowls as both were empty and the response I got was ridiculous, sorry there is a lettuce shortage. What BS is that, cannot blame the staff but shortly can shame management. I went to Coles after eating and lettuce galore and only $2 for a Iceberg.Pizza was consistently empty, insufficient amount cooked to cater for the clientele. Ice cream machine had a blowout and after a staff member approached the machine twice to sort it out, nobody bothered to clean up the mess. Cutlery was provided which was filthy.Avoid this place if you value your hard earned cash. I should have know better. 30th October 2022.
