Ihop - Lake Grove

The food is okay, but if you order doordash they very carelessly pack the bags and then owe it on the dashboard when something goes wrong, not only do they blame the Doordash driver, but they also try to sign a waver to take responsibility for ihops mistakes as soon as they show up the order and will be over the pick-up time that the drivers can cost the money. they probably don't even begin to make the order until it comes. Obviously, this ihop thinks that servants are idiots and they forget that the servants don't work for ihop they work along their side. I strongly recommend blacklisting this place, they have very little respect and I have never received a decent delivery from these people getting it always something wrong, that makes the meal disappointing. certainly not disturb when they are a pregnant woman who expects her order to be correct.

Food is good. That's about the only compliment I can give. Unattentive wait staff. Cramped seating. Ceiling water stains. They can be better.

This location is really really beat up and run down. It has that look of a restaurant that has been out of business and abandoned for yearsin and out. It can't get any worse, the food was fine though it tasted like any other I hop.

It's good food the service needs to improve in this location with covid and how expensive food has become, service is something that needs to be great in order to sway customers.
