Bidra med feedbackFirst time eating Potbelly’s. Loved the giant pickle. Ordered the Mediterranean sandwich was good, but dry. A sauce would’ve tied it all together.
The last couple times my sandwich has just been made sloppily.
Love this place. Food is always fresh, great location, and great staff.
We came from Florida every year to Lake Geneva, we love this place, the soups and the sandwiches are great, but today Sunday Nov 5 very disappointed w all staff kind a rude, dinner and tables are not clean at 3pm, fountain machine doesn’t work, not crackers for the soup. Staff they only standing in front the cashier.
Food and atmosphere are great. Critically understaffed, resulting in huge waits and overworked
