Subway - Lake Forest

I eat at this subway often, I've never had any issues.Food quality is good, the place is clean and was recently updated.Staff is friendly and quick.Only downsides: parking lot is small and can get busy (so often I'll just walk over) and I wish they had Diet Dr. Pepper

Subway's had bad press lately, so I'm happy to pass on a good experience.Showed up a couple minutes after 10AM to pick up an online order it wasn't quite ready. The super nice staff jumped right on it, made it immediately and were very friendly and apologetic like beyond what they needed to be. They were pretty busy, I get it!Then I discovered that per the app, it wasn't supposed to be ready until 10:05AM anyway I was actually a couple minutes early.That's on me, but they were still totally nice about it.The sandwich was good too. Egg and cheese on flatbread with spinach, olives and tomato... Pretty decent way to go for breakfast.Thanks, you guys! Appreciated!

JFC this subway is so problematic. Not only did I not receive more than half of my customizations that I paid EXTRA for, but what I got couldn't even pass for a sandwich with half of the insides splayed outside of the little guy, not sure how that even happens. Whoever owns this store needs to drug test it's employees, or find new ones that actually want a job....because this was ridiculous to say the least.

Still a good place to come eat. Restaurant is clean and the ladies in front are pretty fast.They were friendly and quick.Sandwiches, ingredients, and toppings tasted good too.Parking can get crowded, depending on when you show up, the parking lot is small, and it is share with other little shops around.

The food was good, cookies never miss but the customer service is amazing!! I think i had the pleasure of talking to the owner or manager but he was super nice. It was clean and well organized. Coming back based on my interaction with the employee:
