Round Table Pizza - Lake Forest

Maybe it was a bad day for the worker. But after 4 years from Lake Forest, I'm probably going to travel the extra distance to the Laguna Niguel location.

POOR customer service, I called 3 times, for 2, they hang up on me right after answering, third, they put me on hold without even saying hello. THE H is wrong whit this place? Don't like your customers? Just close your doors!

The lunch buffet bar was terrible. The staff was inadequate ... pleasant but either understaffed or in need of total re-training.

I feel weird about this review. Round Table makes a great pizza. However, if you close at 10pm and you stop taking orders at 8:40pm, you really close at 8:40pm. It's confusing when your site, web listings like Google says you're open until 10pm. Yes,you might let people stay to finish their food, but open means open. Closed means closes. If you sell Pizza's and you stopbeginning making Pizza's that you sell at 8:40pm, that means you close at 8:40pm.

Full on salad bar, so glad it's back, fresh pizzas put out for all you can eat buffet $14 per, includes a drink great deal
