El Pollo Loco - Lake Forest

I ordered the avocado double chicken salad, and it only came with four small cubes of chicken. I was really disappointed.

This restaurant has consistently been excellent! Tonight, the service was outstanding and very attentive. All I can say is thank you!

I understand that I visited during the lunch rush, but they ended up forgetting my order. After some time, I had to wait again, and ultimately, it took up my entire lunch break. Not ideal.

Recently visited for lunch and had the 2 piece meal breast wing which comes with two sides. This location is near a number of industrial parks on the Irvine/Lake Forest border. Mariana the cashier was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed my meal and hope to return again soon!

Today I took my son to eat in this restaurant, today they will close at 9 o'clock. it was 8:30 in the night when I asked about my command, and the shift manager told me that I couldn't eat in the load because they wanted to start cleaning, and I told him that I was a man and that they had to serve until the last minute, but he told me to go to eat. I wanted to meet the guy who treated his customers so badly
