The Salad Station - Lake Charles

Sooo you have to make your OWN salad here which is quite different. There was 90s hits on pretty loud so got to enjoy Back Got Back while eating my pretty delicious salad

I've seen in the kitchen and it's revolting. Moldy produce, wet surfaces teeming with bacteria, the walk in freezer is a nightmare. I won't ever eat at any of these locations again. It's a complete joke that this cesspool has 4.5 stars, it just goes to show how completely inept the Lake Charles population is. It's such a joke that people regularly spend money on mold. I'm gobsmacked.

It was very clean, orderly and fairly priced. The young woman who I dealt with behind the counter was friendly and helpful. My salad plus a bottle of water was $7.XX and I think that is more than fair. Although I haven't tried the other 2 salad places down the road, I can say I'll be back to this one for sure.

The salad was okay. They were out of a lot of things and it wasn't even 1:00. A little disappointed.

First time here, walked in and iceberg lettuce looked like shredded brown paper bags. And flies were everywhere. Took about 10 minutes to get help and freshly cut salad because the younger worker was the only one working. The older lady was deep in a no work related Convo with a friend behind the register… And still did nothing but check out after her friend left. I was asked did I want a drink I declined, and said those drink machines look disgusting! The lady just frowned at me and continued … – show
