The Buffet - Lake Charles

Wanted to Shaneesa front desk check in for hotel recognition for an awesome job! Kudos for her service here is very good but she went above and beyond with her friendliness and professionalism!

We had a lovely dinner. Food and drinks were great. Our server Carter, was great and took good care of us as well. Would definitely eat here again

Hostily disappointed! When one doesn't live near the area and decides to dine with you while traveling through and you aren't even open to serve them, it's super aggravating. I did you the HONOR of choosing you and you guys were not even open to serve me. Even though your Google shows open! No buffet, no gambling. Guess I will take business to Le'B. Maybe THEIR buffet is open tonight. No excuse to close a casino restaurant ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. People TRAVEL THROUGH ALL THE TIME.

We went to the Golden Nugget yesterday and I have to say what a big disappointment, I would not recommend that place to anyone. The service in the Casino..... ? What service I have to ask myself? You can sit there and play for hours and not getting anything. The Buffet for 40.00 what a waste of money no flavor you can eat better at any Chinese buffet anywhere.

The only good thing in the buffet is the oxtails and dessert menu, but overall not recommend for the price.
