Steamboat Bill's Seafood - Lake Charles

1st time being at this restaurant and we had a great experience the owner was involved and talking and helping customers. I highly recommend this restaurant ask for keith he will take good care of you.

Was great food and the service was awesome. Did have an incident with a homeless person causing a stir inside the restaurant otherwise everything was awesome. Highly recommend.

The restaurant appears to be clean and well maintained. The food was made to order and the staff helpful. We received freshly prepared food and extra sauces. Once we got to where we decided to eat and started to indulge.... We notice HAIR FRIED AROUND THE OYSTERS AND A FEW PIECES OF GATOR. OH BOY, that was not fun and overall disgusting. We trashed it and kept moving. Considering we were there to visit the city, we just decided to eat somewhere else. Management, please investigate why hair was on the batter and fried into the food.

Super cute Cajun restaurant! Food was so good and came out quickly. It’s not a full service being you have to walk up to order and make your own drinks. But great food and atmosphere.

The food is good and well seasoned. The service is good as well.
