Pizza Hut - Lake Charles

I ordered pizza for delivery and an hour later called to see when it would be delivered. The manager said it was automatically switched to an execution order and it was ready for pickup. I came to the restorer and it was not ready and not prepared at all.... I... Requested order again and the order was delivered hot and fresh in 11 MINUTES!!!! What are you doing?!! NICE JOB PIZZA HUT!!

I've ordered many pizzas from this place over many years, as it has been a very good location for me personally over the years. Probably ate hundreds of pies from this location over the past 16-18 years. The pizza was always good, and the service fast. I got a bad pizza Monday for the first (and hopefully the last) time. I let them know, and the GM made good on it today and made me a good pie himself. He did say that they've had a hard time finding and keeping good employees over the last couple of years, which is an unfortunate reality for so many businesses since covid, hurricanes, etc. I never bothered to open the box and look at the pies in the past, because I never had an issue. I will just make sure in the future that I check the box before I walk out with my pie.

I have always loved pizza hut pizza! But the last few times I have been disappointed. The hand tossed cheese pizza was more like a thin crust pizza with hardly any cheese. The last few times I ordered a Supreme pan pizza, there was barely any toppings and the little bit there was were so unevenly placed. I know pizza hut can do better.

Prepare all items at the same time. I had to wait for a pizza because they forgot to make it. When you have an employee working in a job that requires interaction with the public they should at least be nice. My cashier was visibly unhappy with her job.

I explained to her that there was no extra cheese when I asked for extra cheese and she said I’m the one that made those I will not order from here again
