Paradise Daiquiris - Lake Charles

Lady that helped me out yesterday was rude and I received a spoiled piña colada. Very disappointed.

I returned a drink because I didn’t like it. I didn’t ask for a refund instead I asked for another drink I was charged again. Even though I took only took one sip I gave the bartender my FULL cup so she could throw it away. I come here often and get gallons for my friends and family. I spent over hundreds of dollars here and the one time I don’t like a drink I can’t even get it replaced. This is ridiculous! Just lost a good paying customer.

This has to have been the worst daiquiri spot I’ve been to by far. The customer service here was horrible. They don’t accept exchanges or refunds also. Not going there again. They are losing loyal customers for sure.

They don’t except refunds or exchanges if product isn’t up to standard/messed up/etc

I love this place we visit here regularly the staff is very friendly it's a non smoking establishment has 3 poker machines but only thing is they don't give u change to play the poker machines unless it's a $100 so bring change if u planning on playing video poker but the drinks are good the place is always spotless and Kacie is a doll
