Bidra med feedbackI booked a couple dinner for a chance and they reserved us a nice table. the environment is beautiful and elegant while maintaining the characteristics of the mountain. bring a plentiful and very greedy pack composed of more greedy, sin we arrived at the first flow ordered while we still had the dish in which we ate the herd. we typical tartare did not like 100% but it was my mistake that I wanted to taste it instead of taking that simply seasoned with oil and salt. My husband’s appetizer, tartare and tuna sashimi, was very good but he noticed only half a dish that lacked soy and wasabi, which on request brought us, but the dish was almost finished. before homemade dumplings with rhombus, asparagus, cherry tomatoes and I don't remember exactly what else. according to a Salento (I did not particularly appreciate the combinations of the dish) and a dish with trilogy of noteworthy meats. pulling the sums the environment is pleasant, good service but better to be nice details although all very kind, the courses did not amaze me as I hoped, but surely there is quality and commitment.
After our previous visits in the schlosswirt forst and luisl stubl we are always at the place (over years, last during our winter,- spring and summer holidays). we are still deeply impressed by the inspiring creativity and outstanding quality. the culinary creations and the pictues can only tell a part of the effective experience. Moreover, the service is very professional and warm and offers an exceptionally great experience at one of the best indoor and outdoor locations in South Tyrol. dear luis haller and team, many thanks to that they make the lockwirt forst our favorite dining room in South Tyrol. their biggest fans and most loyal guests!
Okay, was a gas last Thursday, so can't speak for the last bill. but then: at the entrance: do they have a Kovid certificate? so please take them out, no! interesting. we sit in a stubborn and a waitress comes by. that we were all fluent in Italian, English and German. some Hick-ups from the waitress to be an understanding of what we wanted in italian (if a local language in italia be. interest okay, we go after what looks most like local cuisine. an entry about which you could not write after home, with taking a piece of tuna as sushi (as everyone knows that thunfish plentifully populates the river Adige/Adige, which flows directly under the square interesting. we are little thirsty and eager to test the beer that are produced 100m away from us. forst produces and sells beer in much taste and shape everywhere. and its good beer. we have been offered a selection of two (2: one that was a flat reminder of the water as crumb, they need to drink at least a few pints to know what it takes that apart from a glass mineral water served in a only 200cc glass, then increased to a maximum of 300cc, go figure. the other than a cross reminds of a cellar I did not try. interesting than tataaaa came in the mix of noodles and slutchcraples. I hate mixes, but there was only the choice of slutzkrapfeln with a goose filling (never heard before or in the mix). Really a superior room. the environment is refined and attention to detail. you can also eat outside in fresh with the background of the flow that flows a few dozen meters. dishes made by wise hands that with intrigue intelligence and delighted the palate. professional service with attentive and precise maitres. cellar with fine labels. in a few words a restaurant of other times that satisfies the pleasure of eating well and the desire to spend time in a very comfortable environment.
Schloss forst by luis haller and team is still the best place in South Tyrol excellent food, friendly ’professional service for all guests incl. children and dogs . beautiful location both inside and outdoor. we will visit the chatter as often as possible.
