Bidra med feedbackThe food came very slowly and cold and preparation was upsetting We want to give this restaurant another try but after the dinner, we will nit be back. The server was embarrassed also with the food he has to serve. Items the menu but also not available. Something has to change or it will be out if business.
Went there on a Saturday Night, 5pm reservation. Ordered the Chinese Chicken Lettuce cups. After 20min, the waiter said the Chef didn't like the chicken and would not serve them. So we ordered the Charcuterie Board... the meat was dry and smelled horrible, the rest of the board looked like it sat in a cooler for a few days prior to serving. We ordered dinner, pizza for the GF and Steak for me. I ordered mushrooms instead of the mashed potatoes. After another 20min, I was informed they were out of mushrooms. Finally, get our food and the steak was disgusting... ordered medium rare, got well done and it was drenched in some nasty sauce..... definitely won't be going back... not even a 1-star.
We decided last minute to go to Hendrix, could not have asked for a better time from the food to the service. You really can not go wrong with ordering anything from this establishment. Misa and Lindsay were great bartenders and were always attentive with great recommendations. We started with the calamari and it was cooked perfectly. My fiancé got the off menu special, Atlantic Salmon risotto and it was delicious! I had the Burger and it came out exactly how I wanted it, I would highly recommend either of these dishes! We finished off with the Espresso Bread Pudding and this was the first time we have had this, it did not disappoint, I will be back just for this! The chef Luis came out personally to check if we enjoyed everything and if he could get us anything. I would recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends.
I have ordered here a few times since it’s near my house and I tried their beef pasta before but this time they gave me PORK sausage pasta instead of beef. I grew up without eating PORK, and i can taste the difference. Gross! Plus they put bread inside the box with pasta which made it soggy and turns out only half portion. What a scam! This is not my first time having issue with their deliveries, so I finally decided to write about it.
I am giving a 1 star not because of the food or service but purely on ethical behavior from the management/owner of this operation. I own a small screen printing and embroidery company locally and Patrick, manager, reached out for my company to provide their staff uniforms on 5/23/2024. When the job was finished on 6/6/2024 , Patrick referred to another person, Rob Entler to pay the invoice. He must be the financial firm that's funding the new ownership. Rob asked for the wiring info and Patrick has screen shot the payment. After few days later, payment hasn't gone through because it turns out Rob entered the routing info incorrectly. So I asked them to resend the payment. They have ghosted me an made no effort to pay as of today 7/6/2024. I have made many attempts via email and text for them to settle the invoice. I mean no harm to their staff and I'm sure they have no idea they are wearing stolen uniforms. Unfortunately, poor leadership has forced me to post here hoping to get their attention. Until then, I will continue to share my experience. I run a very ethical business and it's really sad to know that companies like this are stealing and bullying small businesses. Please don't support businesses like this.
