Tacos De Birria Los Carnales

This is a hidden gem in South OC. The food is great and they just recently added outdoor cover seating.

The tacos were delicious, crispy, double shelled, and plentiful. They were worth the $3 we paid on Taco Tuesday, but I don't think I would pay the normal $4.50 each, nor would I pay the two and a half dollars for the consume to dip them in. They were juicy enough that they didn't need to be dipped.I ordered two Birria taco and one QuesoBirria taco. I could not tell the difference in either sight or taste between them. A waste of a dollar and a half.Service was outstanding and very friendly.Parking: They share a small lot with the church which seem to have overflowing parking on a Tuesday afternoon. There are also several other small businesses in this tiny strip near the church. Well hidden. Fortunately, there are a couple of handicap parking places right by the order counter.

By far the best birria tacos I've had! Consome almost there, but great. Portions, Taste and Value ?? It is must comeback for me.

We were on a hunt for some delicious tacos de birria and found this gem. I ordered 3 quesa tacos de birria (don't forget your consume) It was so good I had to go back and order 2 more. I enjoyed it with a Jarrito (Mexican soda) Everything was delicious. The service was awesome. This will definitely be a favorite spot for me.
