Domino's Pizza Ikotun - Lagos

So, I'm choosing just 3stars, as this is for the cold stone creamery parlor. The pizza parlor's customer service is terrible, nonchalant and absentminded, it's probably just for today but then they need to do better. The ice cream parlor though was lovely, same taste as usual, lovely service and very clean environment. The pizza tastes baaaaaad and the tomato sauce tasted sour. The ice cream parlor made my experience there better.

Dominos Pizza Ikotun is the worst Pizza outlet in Lagos. I've been a customer for over 5 years, and it has been a downhill experience. I wish I could rate them zero. The staff are totally nonchalant and absent minded, like they're doing the customers a favour. They almost never prepare what you order, and never apologise for giving you the wrong item. Pizza is always burnt brown. You ask for hand tossed, but they will always insist on giving you thin crust, for reasons known only to them. You order a delivery, you may not get it for 3 hours and more. I once waited for 8 hours to get a delivery!!! I've never seen Pizza so ugly, or staff so nonchalant. The Pizza parlor itself is untidy and looks no better than a Buka. And the other day they made my Pizza with their bare hands!!!!!!! The security men are routinely begging customers for money. I dont know who the manager is, but why he or she has not been fired is a complete mystery. After 5 years, I decided today was the last straw. Never again. Absolutely horrible.

Cool place. Though I don't see the point of placing an order before I get there if they'll wait for my arrival before preparing it. Other than that, the ambience is cool, clean and calm.

The quality of the meals are just not it! Its like pizza made for the masses no need to impress because they might not know the difference... too bad

A cool place to enjoy with friends and family. Good parking space and can be located easily.
