Chicken Republic Vgc - Lagos

With chicken republic, it’s been one complaint or the other. Every time I order from them, I have to hold my breath till they come to know if I’ll get worked up again or not. Sometimes they’ll forget to put cutlery, other times they’ll forget to put the sauce when I order rice and beans lmfao. Gosh! This time with Jumia food, the experience is worse. I decided to try it out but the menu options were just clumsy and I ended up getting fries instead of Jollof rice lmfao. I have them 2 stars for the times they don’t make me cry and the fact that it’s affordable. The should invest in training their staff, those guys are confused most of the time.

Better to go and get food yourself if they even have what’s available that you want. Delivery portions are so small and not worth the price. At least the spicy fried chicken is good and the Moi Moi is okay. I’ve had better tasting Moi Moi at other locations throughout Lagos and Oyo state tho…went another time and they gave me the wrong food and it was more pricey than the first time with less food than the first time just a few days before. The cashiers are too busy pressing their phones and giving stink attitudes to customers.

Food quality is poor. Environment is not so clean and well maintained.

I don't know if this is how the staff here usually behave, but they were fussing over their cash machines and did not respond to greetings. We had to wait more than five (5) minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The food isn't the best I've had.

This place is an absolute dump I ordered chicken pie and I barely saw any chicken I mostly saw potato or what ever that was . I thought the food will be nice because I have one close to my working place and it was too good . I came here lo and behold it was terrible. This was my worst ever experience in a whole chicken Republic
