Bidra med feedbackTERRIBLE! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!! The WORST customer service ever. Waiting/sitting area was so unkempt, spoilt chairs, smelling! The food took forever!!! When it finally came, the rice was hard, the chicken was spoilt, the sauce was watery and terrible!!! I wasted my hard-earned money. And they were not even remorseful, no apology, no explanation. TERRIBLE
01 Mandarin Magaodo just sold me a terrible beef fried rice with scanty meat, spoilt shrimps, salty and soggy rice, it was a waste of my money, they have bad customer service.
The location and ambience are not the most opulent, and service took some time. It is true to it's Chinese theme, but you can tell that a lot of the effort is old. A little more conscious innovation in selling the Chinese element would definitely be noticed, and appreciated by customers. That said, the food, which is the main thing, is great. The appetizers do their job in quality and quantity, and when the main dish arrives, you're presented with variety and tasty cuisine. I'm not a connoisseur, so this is not an expert opinion, but I think the average person will be well served by this information.
Very poor delivery service , at first the phone was not picked up, it was later picked up and delivery was delayed till forever. I called back the line and it was switched off, I also tried to send a text message but it was not delivering. In all it was a bad experience ordering from mandarin.
My experience was very bad, after placing an order , i had to wait hours for my payment to be confirmed, then anf hour for it to get ready, the manager continously lied to me that my order was on its way only for him to later turn around and say they were used starting my order. Demanded a refund only to be told i had to wait till tge next day when the account was awake (yes, they starved me well into the night)
