Bidra med feedbackI have visited this restaurant three times because it is a local business, but unfortunately, each experience was terrible. Despite this, I wanted to give it a chance. On each visit, my party was the first to arrive at the restaurant as it had recently opened. There were only three other couples dining at the time. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak with fries and a burger with fries. Surprisingly, everyone else received their food before us. The drinks were poor quality, the food was incorrect and cold. When we brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they only offered us a measly $1 discount. Eventually, they offered us a $3 discount when they realized I had not even eaten my meal. My meal alone cost $10.99. The waitress was polite and it was clear that the issues were not her fault. I suspect that the management is to blame. There was a man there who was extremely rude, and I am unsure of his role in the restaurant. I wish I could give this restaurant a rating of zero stars.
The service was excellent! The sweet potato fries were delicious, but the Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce was lacking in spice. The wings were not very hot and could have been better if they were bone-in, as they have been in the past. My mother enjoyed her hamburger, saying it was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Despite being disappointed in the boneless wings and BBQ sauce, overall the experience at the restaurant was enjoyable.
The staff is very welcoming and the food is tasty. The ambiance is pleasant.
This place is literally the best place! They have Trivia n Karaoke, live musical artists, the best drinks in town, n the best wings u will ever taste! This is my go to place whenever I need a break from life!
This place just isn’t good. Slow service and bad food. Thought I’d see for myself after seeing many bad reviews. They wasn’t wrong. Yuck.
