Pop's Poboys - Lafayette

The best REAL Bratbeef-Poboy in town!! No lunch here. The beef is roasted and pulled apart in an Au-Jus-Grotte. Yum!

We always like to try their specials. I think that’s what keeps us going back. We have had an easy time ordering ahead as well as being served inside. Best drink I’ve had in awhile: Honeysuckle Lemonade, they suggested adding passion fruit, so I did. That alone was a great buy! Good food. Good drinks. Would definitely recommend coming here at least once to try for yourself.

First time eating here and we were very pleased. Staff was friendly and service was quick. The Jack Special poboy was amazing! Will definitely go again next time we’re in Lafayette.

I just wanted to leave a review to say that, as a Nashvillian, I very much appreciate the quality of their Nashville Hot style sauce. They beat the hell out of Hattie B's back home (who were founded on trend jumping) and is more akin to Prince's or Bolton's sauce. Good on y'all.

Stopped by Lafayette after Christmas. They had labor shortage, long line and long wait for takeout. Great food, fresh, and authentic. If you are looking for outdoor seating, try city hall across the street. There are benches and patio chairs to enjoy nice winter sunshine in Louisiana.
