Burger King - Lafayette

Management issues here. the personal was very nice. the restaurant was unkempt, the soda machine was out of the half of the options that eating was best warm. the management was at a table in the restaurant that did not respond to the situation.

Refuses to serve me at 9:44 when their signs say open until 10. Then tried to go thru drive thru window and they refused to serve me there. Said “I only have 2 employees and a trainee”. (Had 2 cars in drive thru wow they were really swamped). Thanks anyway McDonald’s was openee

Well my order came to the drive up window it was hot and fresh, the cashier was extremely courteous and nice if I ever need another food pit stop while traveling and I'm near Lafayette this is the place to go to.

This Burger King is filthy. We stopped today for lunch and everything was dirty. The floor had food and pop all over so that you had to step over it. The area where you get your drinks had pop spilled on it and ketchup smeared on it along with napkins that had been used to wipe it up. The restrooms were both disgusting. Toilet paper on the floor and the trash can was overflowing as if it had not been emptied for days. I informed the people at the counter and was told that the womens washroom was cleaned twice that day. Very hard to believe. We will not be stopping at this location again. We will go to McDonald’s next door.
