Had booked a room with wc and shower for nights. get an email on the day before we go to the ferry to læsø that they have tried to call me several times. it will be tried once. the e-mail says that the order I made by læsø pakkerejser was wrongly booked with them. Unfortunately, they cannot offer what is reserved, even though we have a confirmation. I say I can cancel and get back the prepaid order, and it will happen within a few hours. now is a week past and I have not seen a penny, neither for the hotel reservation nor the ride, which has been prepaid. more everything. can not recommend this place.
