Bidra med feedbackTHIS PLACE SHOULD COME WITH WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE. I'm going to guess the employees get paid whether they're really working or not. I was there on a Saturday. No one looked happy to be there. Moving as slow as molasses. The lobby was full, A drive-thruline wrapped around the building and a line in the lobby to order. They took their sweet time. They talked to each other. Theyjoked nobody was really cooking or anything. Didn't look terribly short-staffed either. There was enough people to you know sitaround and chit chat. I'm not sure how this place stays in business. Maybe they should start pulling videos of what they do topeople but if you lock the doors. That line should be moving a little better in the drive-thru. You should be getting a littlebit better service than what you are getting. Next time before I go there, I'll read the reviews first and then I'll knowbetter.
Very slow for a fast food. It came out tasting alright, but they were missing some menu items. I'm pretty sure they only had one or two people working, so I honestly feel kind of bad for them.
These people at Ladson Road Bojangles are always friendly and worth waiting for. Sometimes if they're short-staffed they may not open right on time, but I think they're worth waiting for. They're pimento cheese is awesome! A chicken biscuit with pimentocheese is a Little bit of heaven.
We went to this location for lunch and decided to do curbside pickup. We kept checking in on the app and the app never said the order was being prepared. After waiting 40 minutes in parking spot 1, my husband called and the lady said she would go check onthe order but they were short staffed. All of a sudden 3 employees stood inside at the one entrance/exit door and they werethere for 15 minutes before my husband got out and went up to find out where our order was. None of them wanted to open the doorbut one girl finally did. He said he had been waiting for 55 minutes on his order. Girl asked the name and looked over at atable with a box on it. It was our order. She did apologize but said they had no one to run the food out. Really? There were 3employees standing at the door for 15 minutes chit chatting that could have brought us our food. I 'd also like to know that ifyour so short staffed and no one to run the food, how were we suppose to know the order was complete and that we had to come upto the door to get it. The app never changed to tell us the order was being prepared or that it was ready. Our number was on theticket attached to the box so I guess because they were so short staffed they couldn 't make a phone call either to let us knowour order was ready. I will never go to this location again!
I don?t know how the manager accepts the behavior of these employees! I ordered a 3 wing dinner received 2 thighs a drumstick w/o being offered any substitution or my money back. We are out of wings (if so) at the ordering window would havebeen appreciated! I intend to avoid this place!
