Bidra med feedbackI've dined at Infusion around five times now, and I absolutely love it every single time. The atmosphere is vibrant and the food is fantastic. Each dish not only looks amazing but also tastes incredible. I really enjoy the charming LA vibe it has. It's a perfect spot for date nights and outings with friends.
During my first visit, my friend and I came for drinks and appetizers, but the experience was disappointing. The waitress was quite rude, rushed us to place our order, and even interrupted our conversation. A fly landed in the restroom and somehow ended up on our check before we could return to our seats. On another occasion, I ordered the “vertical” dish, and other diners received their meals before I did. They even approached me while I was eating to ask about my order because they hadn’t received enough food for themselves. The last visit was the worst—a complete disaster. We had a dinner reservation for lunch via Open Table. It took 10 minutes to be seated, and after we ordered drinks, we still hadn’t received them after another 10 minutes. I had to ask for water and iced tea, and when my soup finally arrived, it was the wrong one, with no explanation given. We waited 45 minutes for our sandwiches, which never came. When we asked for our food to go, it took another 10 minutes, so I ended up having to leave and eat my lunch elsewhere. My husband had to bring my meal to his office and give it to an employee. Although the staff didn’t blame us, that only happened after I raised a fuss. To be fair, the food is presented nicely, and some items are quite good—like the Green Bean appetizer, which is a must-try. I'm planning to return to use the remaining $68 on my gift card, but this time, I'll just go to the bar with friends.
