Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Lacombe

I ordered a cheeseburger and they forgot it 25 minutes until I remembered it. the burger was okay. the ice is good.

Medium soft ice cream is way to large for me! Loved it!

This is the second time in as many weeks that Lacombe Dairy Queen has made me a subpar cheeseburger. It was cold, hardly had any condiments, and it looked like it was dropped on the floor before being placed in the container. It was a gross mess. I will not be back. There are many other places to order from in Lacombe, not to mention Blackfalds and Red Deer. How can Dairy Queen expect repeat customers when they serve garbage like that?

Only truck there today and absolutely awful burger. Falling apart and swimming in grease. Nobody in the drive through wants to wear their lunch.

Get going online like every other dairy queen and maybe I will raise my rating will go up, it should be mandatory for each DQ to have online ordering.
