Tim Hortons - Lackawanna

Worst experience… today , first time I visit this Tim Horton … the place is not clean , and I waited 20 mintues to just take order . Potato wedges are so bad.

I had a great customer service. Employees arr friendly and i got my order so quick.

This is best Tim location I ever went to as people here are so friendly and quick in service. Less than 2 minutes my food and drink was ready and they all have smile on their face. They greet you from the door and say goodbye with hand gesture. I loved their Service. This makes it my favourite go to place on daily basis.

This place being told and confirmed the order many times I always get wrong order like today I get a grill cheese which I asked to swap it with cheddar cheese still they put processed cheese and on top of that I got charged for cheddar cheese instead of swapping it ; also I have asked for a cup of water which costs 10 cents but the worker their charges me 20 saying hot water price and say if you pay with credit we charge more like makes no sense. It’s not about charging 10 cents or 2$ but it’s charging more than what i actually buy.I have worked at tims for 3 years of my life and never ever charged anyone like this while working in fast pace drive through.

I 'll give 4 's because Tim 's is good and the sitting area is quaint but the washroom needs an improvement. Either due to ventilation or design, it was foul. Also out of soap. That should be checked regularly and topped up everytime it hits ½
