Masa Sushi - Lackawanna

It’s ok. Not as good as it used to be. They changed the name to 4 star sushi.

This place has unfortunately gone down hill. It used to be amazing, but the last few times we came here the food and service was mediocre at best. What a shame. For two people AYCE we paid 50$. Defiantly not worth this amount. Better off to go to Sake, or Shitake and get a good meal for a few dollars more.

I came with my family for dinner. The service and food was excellent. I highly recommend Masa Sushi.

The food is pretty good but the service is lacking. I don't like it when waiters are constantly checking up on you but it would be nice if the service was more friendly. You always have to ask for the ginger and wasabi and when we order plain steamed rice (every time), they forget it (every time). Also, last time we visited, the washroom was a disaster and that makes for a really bad food experience. Overall, for the experience it is pricey.

I don't usually expect good things out of AYCE sushi places, but this place is still really lacking. Suspect service, and poor quality food. While they're not great, Kyoto and Ginza (both nearby) are better options.
