La Belle Princesse Inc - Lachute

If it wasn't for a fellow foodie who has been here before, I would have never known about this restaurant. That, and the fact that I rarely travel to this area of the country. But, now that I have, and now that I know about this wonderful restaurant and it's offerings, it will be on my short list the next time we're passing through. The ingredients used on our pizza were fresh and REAL. Real slices of chicken not the chicken pellets commonly found on most other pedestrian pizza, real olives (not canned), and freshly made sauce and dough. One comment though with topping this good and plentiful, the crust needs to be a bit thicker to cradle all that deliciousness.

Back again this week for a quick dinner with the family. The pizza is always tasty! We also ordered a plate of tortellini with meat sauce which was a great new discovery. Service was good; I like the way they pay special attention to the little kids (crayons and coloring books, will take their order first, etc. . Best pizza in Lachute, I would say.
