Sonic Drive-in - Lacey

Just went to Sonic for a late night snack and the lady taking the order was rude. Wen my BF said that it was two orders she got an even bigger attitude, out blasts werent blended that well with very little topping and my BF found this in his blast.Id recommend going during the day, but if you have late night munchies please go somewhere else

Service was so slow because they only had 1 person taking orders between the drive through and all parking stations. A lot of the parking stations were either off or broken. We had to install the app just to get an order placed.

Close to home so I eat here occasionally. Burgers are great, fries always suck. Staff seem to have only two settings, cheerful and competent, or surly and incompetent, depending on the day. There have been a few times I drove off because they got my order wrong (not listening) and blamed me, or they took too long to come to the window and take my card. Make sure you tell them you want French fries, or you're gonna get tater tots, the teenage girls really have a hard time hearing you from the drive thru.Just remember that they're serving both parked orders and drive thru, and the parked cars seem to take priority over drive-thru. Doesn't seem too popular so waits are usually reasonable.

Sat at the drive through window for about 15 mins after paying, no body said anything why, then I get my food missing the drink. No sorry for the wait or anything. Worst service ever! No smile! Make you feel like you're not welcome here. Go somewhere

We go to Sonic quite frequently to get drinks and occasionally food. I aways ge t sweet tea and my family gets sodas. The last two times I got the tea it tasted moldy. I suspect the machine is not being properly cleaned. Please take the time to make sure drink machines are clean. My boy friend got something that resembled rootbeer, but it wasn't. Now we hesitate to go there.
