Le Lacalong - Lac-Sainte-Marie

This restaurant has had multiple changes in ownership, but the current operator has finally found the winning formula. We often go there for breakfast and have never been let down. One of our top choices is the eggs Benedict, but every meal we've had there has been well-cooked and served promptly. The establishment is consistently clean, including the bathrooms, and the owner always greets us with a smile and engages in friendly conversation without being overbearing. This restaurant has become a beloved spot for both local residents of Lac Sainte-Marie and non-resident chalet owners, and it's easy to see why.

I went early in the morning and we had excellent service for breakfast. It is a very well-located place with a beautiful view. Very clean as well.

We had a great meal at a fair price with good house wine. The owners provided excellent service, being attentive, polite, and helpful.
