Bidra med feedbackIf you are a black person and do not speak French, it is best to avoid this restaurant. I experienced discrimination when several female employees refused to serve me after I asked another customer to translate into French for me, in order to inform them of a mistake in my order. When I asked for an explanation as to why they were refusing to provide me with the correct order and service, they did not provide a logical reason. I did not raise my voice, I simply asked for help in communicating in French. This behavior can only be described as racism.
Three middle-aged female employees at the restaurant refused to fix my incorrect food order. They insisted on refunding my money instead. The decision seemed to be politically motivated, as I had criticized a female manager at a nearby Tim Hortons the day before for the store's cleanliness. It felt as though they were upset that a black man would dare to complain about a dirty Tim Hortons.
Slow food. 20 mins for a doughnut and a plain hamburger
We made a quick stop to get some coffee before heading back to Montreal. My wife went inside to order our drinks and smoothies for the kids, and she mentioned how kind and polite the young lady at the register was. Thank you for the great service!
