Bidra med feedbackUnique experience! we arrived with the roller and parked it on the road at the entrance (not sure whether this is the right way, but it worked well for us.) they have to go to the large building first to buy their ticket and be assigned a boat seat, then go to their boat on the kai (there are at least 4 boats that depart in 15 or so minute intervals. wearing a mask is required in the interior of the building and when they go on the boot to the buffet. we were one of the first tables to take place and the buffet table was already finished. when the rest of the tables was filled and the boat left the dod, we had already eaten what was really great because we could spend the whole cruise on the deck that enjoys the landscape. there is a bathroom on board and smoking / pampering is nowhere allowed. at the Turnaround point there is a floating raft where a group of natives plays a beautiful traditional song/dance. the cruise itself is about an hour, but since we were on board early we spent about 1.5 hours on board. my main withdrawal is that you are not here to get the food, but to get the experience. eating is good (various philippine dishes,) but not 850 pesos good. if they are in the landscape they will see the unique aspekt des Essens on a boat and the cultural experience, it is very worth 850 pesos. highly recommended!
Great place to lunch! unique experience as they enjoy the view while eating. eating is their typical filipino dish - a bit expensive for the local, but it is a perfect price for tourist. beautiful view, they get to see the candied side of the river, where children swim and enjoy the side, while they welcome tourist, and there is also a performance of traditional dance on the philippines, where they participate in the dance or play the ukelele.
It is a unique experience. when they go to bohol, I recommend this for the experience. but the reason why I give this one 3 star lies at two things: first my wife asked a day before the timetable. the woman who spoke to her said there were only two dates, 11:30 and 12. we also called again the day at 9 o'clock and they said it was the only timetable. our first station was chocolate hills as it is the widest. I drove the motorcycle like a crazy one to make it in time. we even skipped the tarsiers, because my wife really wanted to try it, and when we were there, the timetable was a lie! it is your typical food you will find everywhere. If you come after eating, you'll be disappointed. you're here for the experience. there's a band singing old songs, my wife had to stop me because my vocals became louder and I'm bad in it. there was also a local driving his motorcycle along the river as indiana jones. it is not part of the attraction, but it has also made fun. the experience of crossing along the river gave me huckleberry finn nostalgia, observed the cartoon when I was a child and his adventurous.
We had a late lunch and the buffet is great. delicious food and the cruise takes about an hour. there is a live band in the boot. it is a good experience and it is worth it. must try in bohol especially for the first timer.
We had a disappointing experience on the lunch river cruise. The 2 stars are because the views are pretty and the singer on the boat had a good voice. But, the food was not very good. We were the last people placed on the boat and everyone was nearly finished with the buffet and we got to pick through what was left. The food did not seem fresh, so either we were placed on the boat very late or the food is all prepared well ahead of time. Also they ran out of some desserts by the time we went to eat them. Finally, we were put on the only table in the middle of the boat so our view was blocked by other tables. All other tables had a view on the edge of the boat. I do not recommend this activity, especially for couples as the boats are full of families.
