Waited 37 minutes to fill a mobile order only to fill a hot dog so hard it must have been on a roll for days, cold picks and a burger that was totally subduing. I never make this mistake again.
A great experience. the first stall we had pulled into had a broken screen so we could not order. we went to another stall and the speaker was screwed so we had to repeat our order several times. the coworker who took our order always laughed because he could not hear us and said: oh, christus! it took 40 minutes for us to get our order of 3 child meals. we had to call back to ensure that it came and the person who answered the redner did not seem to know that we had already commanded one. when we finally got our job, the burgers were cold.
The service was great that was eating up to par, but the equipment was in urgent need of repair or replacement. a little frustrating if they had to repeat their order several times because they could not hear or understand them and they only come out to take their order face to face. the joy of the coworker who welcomed us personally was the saving gnade of this establishment in order not to get a much lower assessment.
Told us there was a 30 minute wait for ice cream. We wanted ice cream but didn't want to add to the problems as they already couldn't handle the orders. So we changed our entire order to not include ice cream. Apparently the car in front of us did order ice cream because we had to wait 30+ minutes anyway. Instead of having the car with the ice cream move forward so they could serve the other people, which is considered best practice by any manager who knows how to do their job, they force every single person to wait for the jerk who ordered the ice cream. Will not go back.
