Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - La Vista

Before a week I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal. prawan was not rude, but no customer service skills. said no word to me. Why?t I tried that before?? today I went thru drive thru, they were not busy at all. the guy who takes my orders spoke to me. as if I've been harassing him! Since I've been picking up my money, I thought I'd take it off and drive it so crazy!

I am a shrub-lift driver in the filiale for over 7 minutes waiting for someone to eat. No one welcomes me, they see how I do it when I have placed an online order, or if I have helped me. no greetings or recognition from their workers, without being called out, what?s so ever! Even jimmy John?s welcomes all customers when entering their retirement!

This was my place to go to, for chicken. I actually read some of the reviews, on here, before leaving mine. The spicy chicken sandwich, has always been BIG! Not today! I got the spicy chicken sandwich, fries and shrimp. Everything is now smaller portion. I actually asked them about it. They said yes, everything is smaller now. I guess, this is a corporate decision ????????. In my opinion, this is a very bad decision. Very disappointed in Popeyes!

My 3 piece spicy chicken meal was very dry. My wife's chicken sandwich was also dry. Both meals tasted old and overcooked. My strawberry Fanta was like carbonated water. Undrinkable. My daughter ordered the shrimp and it was also old and dry and a very small portion. Overall just a bad experience. The mashed potatoes were decent so you get 2 stars.

Absolutely terrible experience with manager named sada or as always they spell, they missed the whole order and then went on to be rude in the car thur window blamed crew members for setting and mistakes and try to convince us that it wasn't their fault, but when their running the food as manager it is their job point is empty and the fact that I spent my manager on eating
