Bidra med feedbackI Love Sarsa!! The best yung Isaw nila You must also try their Kalabasa Chocolate balls for dessert. Super sarap
Sarsa Kitchen was introduced to us by local office colleague and we enjoyed everything we tried be it main course from Garlic Rice, Sisig, and dessert to compliment the findings. Halo Halo and Turon made the day. Sisig was wonderfully cooked and finely chopped as it had to be. Loved the office lunch at this place. Wish I could give an extra star for the lovely service and greetings.
If youre looking for Filipino dishes with a twist, Sarsa will definitely sets the bar high. Ive tried to eat in three of their branches (Makati, MOA and here in BGC) but BGC has the best service. Special mention to their very attentive and accommodating staffs and manager, Mark Ocon. FOOD: Spicy Isaw: THE BEST! Dont forget to use their special vinegar! Kaldereta: flavorful but need to work out on the spiciness Kare-kare: their special ginamos compliments it well. A definitely must try! Liempo Pork Adobo: one of the trickiest dish they have. It really doesnt taste as the regular adobo but it was really good! Saltiness meets sweetness without umay factor. Chicharon Bulaklak: this is new to their menu and expectation exceeded! *they keep on innovating their menu so there is always a reason to go back and try out new dishes! AMBIANCE: All the branches are spacious. Always a pleasant experience here. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Sarsa will be my familys go to Filipino food restaurant!
...as a native of Iloilo, i must say that Sarsa is the real deal. the flavors instantly bring me back to my roots and remind me of the old times growing up.. expect nothing less that great, take my word for it worth! the manager, Kuya Francis, adds a touch of class with his Ilonggo warmth and friendliness #sarsakitchen
I am always a fan of Sarsa. I enjoy all the food options that they have. This was my first time to order food via Zomato delivery. I ordered Chicken Paa, Isaw and Cansi. I was empressed on how the cansi was packaged neatly and they made sure it will not spill. The rice serving was good which I over ordered cause I imagined single serve cup rice. The Isaw is always my favorite, they were perfectly cooked and crunchy or 'tigi ' the way we ilonggos like to call it. I was disappointed that they miss to include the sauces for the chicken (soy sauce, vinegar and chili). The meal did not feel complete without the sauces. And was sad that they also miss to add the chicken oil. I hope they will double check the orders before they leave the resto.
