Bidra med feedbackSometimes my orders are fast, hot and right. Sometimes my orders take 2 hours, lukewarm and wrong. But that could also be said about the nearby pizza hut. What can you expect if the place pays their drivers under minimum wage?
I love love papa John's pizza. It's fresh and hot every time. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean.
1. You can walk in with four employees present, and none will greet you. 2. Each visit, I hear someone complaining about their job. 3. The phone service is rude and abrupt. 4. If you order a pizza for delivery, be prepared to wait an additional 40 to 50 minutes beyond the estimated time. 5. You can expect your pizza to be either not cut, poorly cooked, or simply not done right—this has happened every single time. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the issues are never addressed. There’s clearly poor management at play. It’s a disgrace for the name Papa John’s.
I placed a special order for my child's school, and I was very appreciative that it was hot and ready for an early pickup. However, I felt that the pepperoni pizza had too much cheese; it was mostly sauce, and one pizza was overcooked with a burned crust. On the other hand, the cheese pizza and the half pepperoni/half chicken pizza were great.
The pizza is three times the price of Pizza Hut, and if it cools down to room temperature, it becomes inedible. I don't know, I just prefer Pizza Hut. However, for those in LaVergne who know the scoop, Roma is definitely the place to go. Seriously, give it a try. It's the best-kept secret in town. And Thai Phooket? It took me 13 years to finally try it, and at that moment, I realized I had been missing out. But I’m getting off track.
