We ordered the tabla de mariscos calientes, and there were several other grilled menu items that would be suitable. Our server was not knowledgeable about gluten but once we explained what we needed they were able to review menu items with us and then confirmed with the kitchen staff that our selection could be made without cross contamination. This did come with toast which we could not substitute for tortilla chips (no substitutions policy) but they were sure to bring it separately in a different dish for the other people at the table.
