Armadillo La Salle

I haven't been here for about 10 years... It's still a great place!!!

LOVED finally visiting and dining at this restaurant! La Salle is actually a 45 min drive for my wife and I from Loveland. For many years, there was an Armadillo in Ft Collins. My family loved it, and dined there frequently. There was also one in the north Denver/Broomfield area. Both of those locations have been gone for quite a while now. Discovered this location online some months ago, and was quite anxious to get over and try it sometime. My wife and I finally made the trip, and I really enjoyed it! The food and service were great!! Happy to make that trip again sometime soon!

We've been eating here for 30 plus years......WONT BE COMING BACK! It wasn't that busy today and we waited over an hour and a half. Food was subpar quality and tasteless. I did not get what I ordered but was charged for what I ordered. Chips and salsa were not filled up. We sat there so long that the ive in our cups had completely melted. Then they tried to add a tip to our checks.....ummmm no!

We have been eating here for over 30 years....that ends today! We knew it would be a wait because of mothers day, but we were seated promptly. After chips and salsa, and our order taken by a very rude waiter, we waited over an hour (there were 2 of us)! We saw people around us order, get their food, and leave. Our nasty waiter just kept saying it 's very busy.. all places like this are busy..no apology! We got up and left after several attempts to get our food. Shame on you for this! I will never be back! This may be why you had to close all but the original place!

Nancy was our server... She was wonderful. Been coming here for years. Never disappointed. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is the chips... They're store-bought rather than made in-house. They also aren't very good... Probably like a 5/10. Prices are very reasonable... Least expensive Mexican restaurant that I know of by a dollar or 2 per entree. Aside from the chips... The food was terrific. I really like the atmosphere. It's cozy and comfortable.
