Pizzeria Camping Les Cascades

Called in after an afternoon at the Cascades and were lucky to be seated. Outstanding food. My main course of truffle ravioli was easily in my top 5 all time Italian restaurant experiences. Quite a surprise for a campsite restaurant. Service was super friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to go back.

The pizza tonno had not much tonno, and it had to go back because the pasta carbonara arrived much later. The pasta was oke. We had a hasty waiter, no appology for the return of the pizza. Not a recommender.

What was the best restaurant in the area two years ago is one to avoid now until it gets its act together again. I live close by and all the neighbours who were fans of the place won’t now ho. Great shame. The service is good, but the patron is now nowhere to be seen. If he sees this, come back and sort out the good and the prices. It isn’t working.

I was used to Italian cuisine, and I was sceptical to the idea of a "good restaurant" of the campsite. I was wrong. we went last Friday to enjoy very good pizzas and pasta. 5 adults 2 children: the 7 plates are left empty in the kitchen. We all enjoyed and the service was of very high quality.
