Under normal circumstances, I would never have reheated in this restaurant whose exterior appearance is of a cut belly. However, a friend strongly recommended that we go to eat there and so we did it by asking for an inner table. The thing changes inside. they have a remodeled living room where one feels more a drop with the environment. We drank two bottles of a magnificent white pine wine, elysar, which was trying to enter the iron without success. all started with a dish of fried shrimp trapped on the island, and bounced into the chickpea flour. They eat whole things, without peeling and without taking your head off. My pleasure. I've never tried them like that. we continue with a peto ceviche in maracuyá tiger. absolutely memorable. a complete harmony of perfectly emulsified flavors with that characteristic citric touch, so tropical of passion fruit. a sublime dish. let's take some curry peto balls later. Well rich, don't dry. the rest was also on a great level. a quality of food, some flavors. an intense gastronomic pleasure, which is what our visit to the house of Judah has been devised. a temple of the good apron. a place to repeat and recommend.
The very good food and the very nice treatment. if you visit the restinga you must have lunch at home juan
