Ihop - La Quinta

We came in at 11:30 for breakfast. Our server/servers were great!! But when we ordered country fried steak and eggs, which we always order when we come here, it had like ???? only 2 spoonfuls of gravy. When we asked for more gravy, after about 5 min itturns out that we have to pay for extra gravy because the manager says so! Our waitresses were arguing for us!! I mean howmuch could it cost to smother the steak as it says on the menu instead of literally 2 spoon fulls! Like I said we?ve gottenit here before and this was a big difference. We sent our plate back to show the manager and she said no.. we have to pay forit!!! Which we would have gladly done except they waited 5 plus minutes while our food was getting cold to hear this!!! We willabsolutely NEVER come back ever. To be perfectly clear this was all due to the manager!!!!!!! The servers were amazing!! Nov.5, 2022

Chicken fried steak was ok. Do not order unless you like sausage gravy and only a little dab on top had to ask for xtra gravy and got charged. Hashbrowns were cooked so well done to hard to eat. My mom had crepes and said it was delicious.

Did not mean to give 5 stars. Service was 5 stars but food was not. Prices increased portions decreased. Hashbrowns...two bites. Ridiculously small. Potatoes are considered a bread choice? Since when. Will not return.

The WORST I Hop I have ever been in and we have traveled coast to coast. Our pancakes literally fell apart, asked for eggs over easy and there was not a spot on the eggs that wasn't hard. Told waitress she talked to manager and were told they don'tknow what's wrong. So for $23.00 we had 1/4 eaten breakfast and no reason why or any type of compensation or apology, trulysurprising. We could always depend on good food and service from IHOP but not here

This is a good breakfast spot. The wife and I have breakfast here when we have a day off together. I enjoy the steak tips and eggs here good food. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because they seem to have cut down the portion of hashbrowns thatis served.
