This is no way to run a Chipotle. I've been coming here for along time and too portion control everything is ridicules. This was a new worker and she looked like she was scolded to only give the bare minimum but, see photo. The way it looks is how they filled the bowl. If you're going to cut down on portion and that's the Chipotle way of business then get smaller bowls not under cut portions by your employees. Very bad practice. Probably won't be coming back to this Chipotle if this is the way they are going to run it. Food area was extremely dirty. Steak was very under cooked.
One of the worst chipotles I?ve ever been to. Walked in at 9:30pm on 10/05/22 and the whole staff gave me the nastiest look and no greeting. Then the girls serving my bowl was giving the worst attitude making me feel terrible for getting two simple bowls. One of the girls straight up said ?I?m not making you a burrito.? How hard it is to scoop something in a bowl and put a lid on it?
Employees need to pay attention to online orders. I placed an order through UberEats and when I got it delivered, it legit was just got a bowl with guacamole. I had placed an order for a veggie bowl and a side of chips. The receipt on the bag says veggie bowl and chips. This is not ok. Please pay attention to orders.
The person who's in charge(manager) needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially the dinning room area. I asked for a rag to clean the table from the girl at the register and she told me that they're going to clean it for me. I go back to the table and wait, but nobody appears to clean the table and I had to clean it myself.
