The customer service is stupid, I feel very badly received in the restaurant. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated (discrimination against young people at lunchtime? I will never go back!
Very slow service. Also, the owner refuses to take subway coupons when it is the only unique advantage of going there. In short, if you go there for the coupons go elsewhere.
They are miserable … not the first time I've been disappointed! But given that it's the Subway in my neighborhood, I gave them a chance and I'm very disappointed once again...we went there yesterday at 8 a.m. and we came face to face with a closed restaurant (it wasn't neither registered on the internet nor on the door of the restaurant) so we left and we came back today. Luckily it was open except that it wasn't much better.. the employee was stupid and he saw himself that he was in a hurry to leave there were missing ingredients and the way he told us was really stupid and in my opinion very inappropriate… when paying my spouse tells him that we are going to eat there at that time it is 8:15 am the employee stupidly replies that the dining room is closed and that we cannot eat here because the restaurant closes at 8:30 a.m. sincerely I work myself in customer service and such behavior is unacceptable I can understand that the day is long and that you want to go home my do not live with others … in short, very disappointed and I hope that this employee will have a little meeting to teach her the basics of customer service!!
Rare to leave a one star review, but in this subway someone saw me entrer and went back to kitchen without saying anything while holding a phone.I waited and asked if someone is here, no one responsed.Never return.
