Waterford Inn - La Porte

We visited an Elvis Impersonator for my mother's birthday tonight and he was great. Eating was just okay. The service wasn't terrible. My mother and two sisters were among the first to come for our reserved table for 11. The ordered food about 18 o'clock and it was delivered just after 8:05 o'clock, asking countless inquiries on our site what took so long. All the others on our table and literally all in the restaurant area had their food. We heard various excuses. None of us will ever go back there. Worst culinary experience ever!

Bad service. Forever to get our food. The order came wrong. Charged wrong. Nobody wants to do it right. Don't come back.

Fantastic place! Wow! We stopped here on our bikes because of the reviews and it did not disappoint. We were welcomed by super friendly regulars and there happened to be a Bears game on, so they had a free buffet that was awesome. Our service was really good and the new owner was really nice. Definitely stop here!!!

We thought at the Waterford Inn a fast cheeseburger and a beer. It was New Year's Day and the party preparations were underway. The band has built up. Gentlemen played golf, young ladies singing with the juke box and playing darts and everyone was so funny and friendly! I wish we could have stayed all night. The bar was so welcoming and sweet. The Cheeseburger was absolutely fantastic! Fresh, crisp salad and delicious French fries. We'll be back. The bar says the live bands are coming this weekend. Summertime we look forward to sitting on their new deck overlooking a beautiful pond in the country.

Great food, atmosphere service and staff. Recommend fried mushrooms and the pickles. Also fish and steak on Friday.Food: 5/5
